02 — Products & Descriptions

All gemstones offered by Ceyluvial are natural Ceylon gemstones. We do not deal in artificial, synthetic, simulated, or diffused gemstones. Our stones are either absolutely untreated or heat-treated using traditional methods only.

We make every effort to display our gemstones accurately; however, natural variations in colour, clarity, and brilliance are inherent to genuine gemstones and do not constitute a defect.

03 — Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

04 — Orders & Shipping

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

05 — Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within a limited period after delivery, provided the gemstone is in its original, unaltered condition. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and verified. Custom or specially commissioned pieces may be non-returnable.

06 — Authenticity & Certification

Where applicable, gemstones may be accompanied by certification from a recognised gemological laboratory. Certification details are provided at the time of purchase. Ceyluvial guarantees the authenticity of every gemstone sold.

07 — Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and design elements — is the property of Ceyluvial and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

08 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceyluvial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

09 — Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Ceyluvial reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
